Deb Dietz
Deb Dietz is the Founder and CEO of SMB Value Partners, Inc., (SMB), a certified WBENC Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), a WOSB (Women-Owned Small Business), and a registered U.S. Federal Contractor for the U.S. Government. She is a Founding Partner and COO of MetaEd Partners, Inc., an eLearning and training company that provides real-world, pragmatic-based business management courses such as Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship to high school and college students. Deb is also the host of a TV Talk Show on Futures Television Broadcast Media/Roku, "Ask Deb About Business", broadcast live to millions of subscribers from Butterfield Studio in Vernon Hills, IL. On her bi-weekly show, she speaks with subject matter experts about business - challenges, revenue growth, risk, solutions, best practices and more, taking questions from a live, global audience. Deb founded SMB in 2015 after spending the majority of her career in Corporate America working in diverse industries: Baxter Laboratories (healthcare), Grainger (industrial distribution), Citigroup (financial services), Cummins Engine (manufacturing), and RRDonnelley (commercial printing and digital marketing). She has held leadership roles in Strategic Planning, Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Operations Management. She has also worked extensively with non-profits, membership associations, and Small to Mid-sized Businesses, which is reflected in her company’s name (SMB). SMB Digital Education, a division of SMB Value Partners, Inc. offers both consumer education (B2C) and business education (B2B) in an online format. Partnering with small to mid-sized business owners, Deb helps them to develop their online curriculum, hosting their online courses, and leveraging her digital marketing expertise in generating awareness, and revenue, for their businesses. Deb has an MBA in Marketing and Business Management, and is certified in Data Science from Johns Hopkins University, and Organizational Leadership from Northwestern. She is a member of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) and a former member of the Chicago Board of Directors, a Regional Leader of NAWBO Chicago North Connects (Lake Forest), and winner of NAWBO Chicago’s 2019 Member of the Year. She currently is a member of the Northbrook Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors.
